Welcome!
This blog will keep you informed about developments for our wedding ceremony. We both feel so incredibly lucky to have found each other. We also feel blessed to be able to share our joy with you.

The Details
Our wedding ceremony will take place at Maxwelton Aerie Alpaca Farm on Whidbey Island (7224 S. Maxwelton Road, Clinton, WA 98236).
To get to Whidbey Island from Seattle and surrounding cities, you will need to take the Mukilteo Ferry. Here is a link to the Ferry schedule.
This location is an easy 15 minute drive from the Ferry. The tricky part is spotting the driveway before you've passed it (our first drive out there, we drove past it and had to turn around).
You are invited to arrive at 2 pm (please plan on arriving no later than 2:30).
The wedding ceremony will be at 3 pm.
Parking will be tight. This is a farm with space for about 5 cars around the house, so cars will probably need to park in a line in the driveway. There is no on street parking (this is a country road).
A wedding party will be held immediately following the ceremony. A wooden stairway behind the farmhouse leads down to a sandy beach. Bring sandals, shorts, sunscreen, hats, towels, etc. if you'd like to play or beachcomb!
If you play a musical instrument, you are invited to bring it for a very informal sit-down pick-and-grin session with Paul. There is a piano in the farmhouse!
We expect (and hope!) the wedding party will continue into the evening. For those that might like to make a weekend trip of it, there are fine accommodations in nearby Langley (10 minutes away) and a very nice state park campground about 30 minutes away.
